Review for Kanyaa Company – Poor Customer Service on Returns
I had a very disappointing experience with Kanyaa Company regarding the return of goods. The response from their team was extremely poor, with delays and a lack of proper communication. Despite multiple follow-ups, I did not receive timely assistance, making the entire return process frustrating and inconvenient.
Good customer service is essential, especially when handling returns, but unfortunately, Kanyaa Company fell short in this aspect. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their service to ensure a hassle-free experience in the future.
Would not recommend unless they improve their support system.
